James was amazing From the very first email, Extremely helpful, especially as my husband and I are older and not very good with technology. Even with past financial troubles and the added trickiness of being company directors, James  managed to get a much better deal on our mortgage, sorted out the solicitors and put us in touch with a life insurance broker too.
